The policy to request the verification of language proficiency letter from ELCS.

ELCS would like to inform all students how to request the verification of language proficiency letter. 
 
 
2.  Please submit us the request form together with below documents:
     2.1  your photo (it can be printed from your profile in the New ACIS
     2.2  a photocopy of your academic transcript.
 
3.  The due date for receiving the letter is approximately 3 days after your request. If they documents are not picked up within 10 days, they will be discarded.
