เรื่อง วิธีปฏิบัติในการสอบ TOEIC No. 3/2020
ในช่วงเฝ้าระวังการระบาดของไวรัส COVID-19

ตามที่มีสถานการณ์การระบาดของไวรัส COVID-19 เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับประกาศมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรีที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการสอบ จึงให้มีประกาศการคัดกรองก่อนเข้าห้องสอบ TOEIC No. 3/2020 ในวันเสาร์ที่ 8 สิงหาคม 2563 เพื่อเป็นวิธีปฏิบัติงาน ดังนี้
- กรรมการคุมสอบและนักศึกษาทุกคนจะต้องผ่านการคัดกรองโดยการตรวจวัดอุณหภูมิร่างกายเพื่อหาอาการไข้ โดยใช้ Non-contact infrared thermometer ทั้งนี้จะเปิดการคัดกรองก่อนการสอบเป็นเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ชั่วโมง สำหรับนักศึกษาหากผ่านการคัดกรองจะได้รับสติ๊กเกอร์ เพื่อใช้แสดงเป็นหลักฐานร่วมกับบัตรนักศึกษาและบัตรประชาชนในการเข้าห้องสอบ
- กรณีที่มีอุณหภูมิสูงเกินกว่า 37.5 องศาเซลเซียส และ/หรือ อาการชี้บ่งอื่น เช่น ไอ เจ็บคอ มีน้ำมูกไหล กรรมการคุมสอบสามารถยกเลิกการสอบครั้งนี้ของนักศึกษาได้ทันที และศูนย์ประสานงานภาษาอังกฤษจะขออนุมัติค่าลงทะเบียนสอบคืนนักศึกษาในภายหลัง
- นักศึกษาต้องเผื่อเวลาเพื่อให้สามารถดำเนินการคัดกรองได้ทันก่อนเวลาเข้าห้องสอบ
- ขอความร่วมมือนักศึกษานำหน้ากากอนามัยมาด้วยตนเองและสวมหน้ากากอนามัยตลอดระยะเวลาการสอบ
- หากขาดหลักฐานการคัดกรองจะไม่อนุญาตให้เข้าห้องสอบ

Working instruction for TOEIC Test No. 3/2020
during the Outbreak of COVID 19
In response to COVID-19 virus outbreak, to follow King Mongkut’s University of Technology’s announcement about working instruction for examination, English Language Coordinating Section would like to announce the implementation of temperature screening to gain entry into the exam room of TOEIC Test No. 3/2020 dated Saturday 8 March 2020 as an additional procedure. The details are as follows:
- All examination proctors and students must undergo temperature screening to measure body temperatures for fevers by Non-contact infrared thermometer. The screening will start at least one hour before the exam. The students who pass the screening will receive a sticker. To be admitted in the test room, the sticker, the valid student ID card, and the valid citizen or passport ID card are requested.
- If the student has temperature higher than 37.5 degrees Celsius and/or other symptoms such as coughing, sore throat, runny nose prior to the exam, the proctor can ask the students to cancel the examination immediately. ELCS will request the university to return the registration fee later.
- Students should allow more time to undergo screening before being admitted to the exam room.
- The university asks for cooperation from the students to wear a mask throughout the exam. A face mask will not be provided. Students are requested to bring their own a mask.
- The student must have a sticker, the valid student ID card, and the valid citizen ID card or passport to be admitted to enter the exam room.
