On-Site TOEIC Test Policies and Procedures (Taking TOEIC Test at KMUTT)

The English Language Coordinating Section (ELCS) of the School of Information Technology, KMUTT will arrange the official TOEIC test. The test will be strictly under control of the Center for Professional Assessment (Thailand) (CPA) at CB2, KMUTT. The TOEIC test will arranged on Saturday at about 16.00-19.00 hrs. You can check the timetable at "English Test Timetable" on the ELCS website. ELCS will post the announcement about the application period one week before the test date. The applicants are required to register via the ELCS Services System during the application period.

Test Policies and Procedures for the On-Site test administration

Documents strictly required for testing room entry @CB rooms

  1. Valid Student I.D. card  AND
  2. Valid National I.D. card, or Valid Electronic Driver's License, or Valid Passport

 

* Without any of these documents, you will not be allowed to enter the testing room. *

* The SIT confirmation letter is NO longer accepted. *

Test Policies and Procedures

  1. All examinees must arrive at the test site at 15.00 hrs. to complete the registration process. Arriving at the test site later than 16.00 hrs., CPA will not allow any examinees to enter in.
  2. The CPA test administrator and proctors will determine examinee test-room seating assignments.
  3. No electronic devices of any kind such as mobile telephones, mobile headset, flash drives, USB drives, electronic car keys, electronic watch, MP3 are allowed in the testing room, even if switched off.
  4. No personal belongings of any kind such as briefcases, pocket books, car keys, any keys, stationary, purses, PDAs, inhalers (e.g. Vapex), tissues, candies, or documents are allowed in the testing room.
  5. All ELCS and SIT staff will accept ONLY personal belongings, such as mobile telephones, car keys, any other keys, flash drives, or other small items that can be put in the provided zipper bag (size: 300 x 217 mm.).
  6. Examinees are required to remain in the testing room throughout the duration of the test.
  7. Collect your personal belongings back from ELCS and SIT staff.

Failure to abide by these policies and procedures may result in the examinee being refused to enter into the testing room, or the test result not being scored.
